Recipe Directions
- Prepare your Aussie Gripper Skewers.
- Remove hulls from strawberries, cut in half crossways into 3cm slices.
- Peel pineapple, remove core. Cut pineapple into 2.5cm lengths, cut lengths crossways into 3cm pieces.
- Remove peel and pith from mandarin, segment into pieces.
- Thread fruit onto your aussie gripper skewers, place onto tray.
- Combine butter, sugar, lime juice and cinnamon into a small saucepan over a low heat, until sugar dissolves.
- Pour butter mixture over skewers, making sure that the sugar mixture coats all fruit
- Char grill fruit onto a heated BBQ for 5 minutes
- With remaining butter and sugar mixture, continue to baste whilst cooking.
