    • Preheat char-grill or barbecue.
    • Cut all fat from beef and cut into 3cm cubes.
    • In small bowl, mix olive oil with MASTERFOODS Pepper Steak Seasoning.
    • Pour over beef cubes and mix until well coated.
    • Thread onto metal kebab aussie grippers™ skewers.
    • Place in char-grill or barbecue and cook 2-3 minutes on each side (longer for well done).

    • Skewer seafood pieces and place in a shallow dish.
    • In a mixing bowl place MASTERFOODS Horseradish Cream, MASTERFOODS Basil Leaves, yoghurt, salt and pepper.
    • Mix lightly.
    • Pour 3/4 of the marinade over the seafood aussie grippers™ skewers and leave for one hour.
    • Cook on a hot barbecue for 2 minutes each side.
    • Pour the remainder of the marinade over seafood just before serving.
    • Serve immediately.

    • Prepare your Aussie Gripper Skewers.
    • Remove hulls from strawberries, cut in half crossways into 3cm slices.
    • Peel pineapple, remove core. Cut pineapple into 2.5cm lengths, cut lengths crossways into 3cm pieces.
    • Remove peel and pith from mandarin, segment into pieces.
    • Thread fruit onto your aussie gripper skewers, place onto tray.
    • Combine butter, sugar, lime juice and cinnamon into a small saucepan over a low heat, until sugar dissolves.
    • Pour butter mixture over skewers, making sure that the sugar mixture coats all fruit
    • Char grill fruit onto a heated BBQ for 5 minutes
    • With remaining butter and sugar mixture, continue to baste whilst cooking.

    • Preheat oven to 150°C.
