Barbecued Pepper Steak Kebabs

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Recipe Directions:

1. Preheat char-grill or barbecue.
2. Cut all fat from beef and cut into 3cm cubes.
3. In small bowl, mix olive oil with MASTERFOODS Pepper Steak Seasoning.
4. Pour over beef cubes and mix until well coated.
5. Thread onto metal kebab aussie grippers™ skewers.
6. Place in char-grill or barbecue and cook 2-3 minutes on each side (longer for well done).
7. Serve with MASTERFOODS Mustard or Relish of your choice.



Barbecued Seafood Kebabs with Basil and Horseradish Sauce Recipe

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Recipe Directions:

1. Soak 8 aussie grippers™ skewers in water for 30 minutes.
2. Thread the aussie grippers™ skewers with 4 pieces of meat and 2 pieces each of green and yellow capsicum.
3. Brush the kebabs with olive oil and sprinkle with the cajun seasoning.
4. Cook the beef kebabs on a barbeque plate or grill for 3-4 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
5. Combine the pineapple, lebanese cucumber, red onion, mint, chilli and lime juice in a bowl and mix together. Serve with kebabs.

Recipe Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 150°C.
2. Add the beaten eggs, vegetable oil, MASTERFOODS spices and salt, to the chicken.
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well to form a thick paste. If paste is a little dry add a small amount of extra water.
4. Divide the mixture into balls, weighing around 200 grams each.

Recipe Directions:

1. Soak aussie grippers™ skewers in water, this prevents aussie grippers™ skewers burning.
2. Combine mince, MASTERFOODS Black Peppercorns Ground, MASTERFOODS Coriander Leaves, MASTERFOODS Freshly Crushed Garlic, MASTERFOODS Mint Flakes, MASTERFOODS Parsley Flakes and MASTERFOODS Sea Salt in a bowl.
3. Mix well - if mix seems a little dry add a small amount of water.
4. Form into walnut sized balls.
5. Thread 3-4 onto each soaked skewer.
6. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
7. DRESSING - Combine lemon juice, cucumber and yoghurt well.
8. Set aside.
9. Cook kebabs under an oven grill for 5-10 minutes, turning frequently.
10. If liked, brush kebabs with a little olive oil during cooking.


Hawaiian Pork Kebabs Recipe
